I just recovered from my flu. it was a horribly painful one. i had like a really badly inflamed throat, made me haf insomnia at night coz it hurts soo much!

actually i'm not fully recovered.. still haf this silly ulcer at my mouth. i bit myself.

ugh.

i dunno to believe the chinese physician or the western GP.

both made perfectly logicla sense... i meant, flu's are caused by virus and bacteria... no doubt abt it... but also flu's can also be caused by "heatiness" according to the chinese doc. Chinese doc says sleeping late causes pimples to pop on yr face, for my case, not everyone tho. and eating "heaty" food like potato chips and cookies n whatnots... which r so enticing.. so so necessary in my daily life.
