Days ago, I had my back facing the television. I was at my computer doing some assignment. I swirled around quickly when I heard a familiar melody play behind me. It was some new piano CD. They were playing a part of Romeo & Juliet. ‘Wah so nice!’ mommy and I commented. Maybe I should go get it, I thought.
Today it was sent to my doorstep, well, even closer! It was Romeo & Juliet Theme Song by Mike Strickland. Winsy sent it to me while we were chatting online on MSN. So sweet of him, right? (but he can be jerky sometimes really =x )
I quickly clicked PLAY, eager to hear the tune.
It’s a really emotion stirring song.
As it started, I could almost feel, something. A surge overwhelming love and melancholy sort of engulfed me for a moment. Which I thought was very difficult to describe. But WOW would be an apt word, I guess.
Love it.
Perhaps it’s coz I know the tragic story of Romeo & Juliet that made me have that response. Maybe it’s the music. Or maybe it’s his playing.

Wonder if he’ll send me the entire CD.
