Not too long ago, i decided to keep my life personal and not blab it to the whole world via the Channel, which is my blog, in this case. but i'll do it subtlely instead,
I'm so sorry, but i have a feeling VC's stuffs are all stuck in my head.

How to motivate your staff?
- Check for equity aka fairness
- Don't ignore $$, reward them.
- Encourage participation

Efficiency & Effectiveness are two very important aspects to meet organizational goals.

Anyway, a tiny incident happened today, and after chatting with Eveee and leximaru about it, made me feel like a lousy, lousy, pathetic loser.
Alright, before i talked to them, i already suspected i was one loser, they just confirmed it with me, indirectly.
Yeah, sometimes it makes me wanna cry, but, that will just furthur prove my point that i'm a sore loser.
I was told myself tears were for losers, so i always made it a point to cry only to kelly, so no one else will think i'm a real loser.
But no, of course people who cry aren't losers. Everyone cries, since they were born. I'm just uttering nonsense.
But, sometimes I admit I am pathetic.

Well, I've been pondering about this for a long time.
Usually in a relationship, one party will love the other more, and it matters, more or less.
and the thing is, the one who loves more, usually hurts most.
