my recent readings of books regarding my lifetime happiness and joy, oh yes, i have been running to the library and borrowing books like, 100 ways to be happy, Your Guide to Lifetime Happiness.


They teach practical everyday rules, really it's common sense for some.

But anyway, they tell me not to dwell on things that make you unhappy.
